All major sponsorships will be acknowledged at the conference.
Branding and other display options at the conference venue will be limited depending upon the extent of the sponsorship availed and guidelines of the organizing committee.
All sponsorship items & deliverables will be as per the timelines. We will need the content 15 days before the start of the conference. No changes will be required once the ID badges produced.
Appropriate acknowledgement and branding will be allowed to all sponsors. Additional inserts if required can be charged on actual.
All branding options will be allotted on first come, first serve basis, in order of contribution.
The organizing committee holds no liability on the failure in sponsorship opportunity if payment or any part thereof is pending.
Once sponsorship is approved, formal booking amount shall be issued within a week of receipt of payment.
The company should provide its branding collateral to the Conference Secretariat/venue or staff in physical or mode/hybrid within the stipulated period as mentioned above.
The Organizing Committee shall in no way be responsible for any tax liability incurred for any booking transaction undertaken by the companies.
